The Corporate Chef is based in London and serves south west/central London and Surrey.
Alan Helps is chef/patron and works closely with his team and suppliers who are dedicated to preparing great meals from raw produce - be it sandwich platters for office working lunches, picnics in Surrey, canapés in the City, corporate buffets and bowl food, BBQs or any other catering events that have been requested.
Alan has a life-long passion for food and different cuisines. He trained as a chef in Leith’s School of Food & Wine and has gained a wealth of experience, working in different areas of the industry from: cafés - to an award winning gastro pub, community pub - to a Michelin star restaurant, various 4/5 star hotels in Surrey -along with the corporate events The Corporate Chef has catered for.
In 2011 The Corporate Chef was created, specialising in catering to businesses and corporate functions. Since its inception it has amassed a great portfolio of clients catering in Surrey and London.
Premises: Our commercial kitchen has just been expanded with new equipment ready to deal with all demands, ensuring food is safely stored, prepared and served to the highest quality.
Sustainability: We regularly review our procedures to ensure our processes are as lean as possible. Our oil and waste is recycled.
Healthy eating: utilising fresh ingredients and only working with rapeseed and olive oils.
Premium quality & locally sourced: we use carefully chosen suppliers for great produce executed well for perfect results.
Presentation: we use china, porcelain and melamine platters for our dishes.
