Terms & Conditions

  1. All orders should be emailed to, upon which a confirmation of the booking will be sent.
  2. All orders should be made by 3pm - 48 hours before the order to be delivered. However we will endeavour to fulfil any orders outside this timeframe.
  3. All standard costs quoted are based on week-day catering; weekend deliveries may differ.
  4. Any services provided not listed on our menus, such as consulatancy or ad hoc will be charged at £40 per hour.
  5. All deliveries will be made according to the confirmed delivery slot; we will endeavour to reach you at your requested timeslot, however, due to multiple drops at different locations our routes are planned accordingly, this should also allow a 1 hour timeframe, for any unexpected travel delays.
  6. The prices quoted will be valid according to the current seasonal menu
  7. All payments will be on a COD (we accept credit and debit cards) basis, unless an account is set up, in this case all payments are due within 14-days, by bank transfer or BACS
  8. The Corporate Chef Ltd undertakes to be insured in respect of Employers & Public Liability to such an extent as in its opinion is adequate.
  9. In the case of supply issues; we cannot guarantee to meet exact food orders, but equivalent matches will be provided.
  10. The Corporate Chef shall be entitled to cancel or suspend the Agreement without penalty in the event of the Customer exceeding the stated credit terms.
